As I sleepily listened to the news this morning I was sadden by news of the death of Steve Irwin, the man known as the Crocodile Hunter. His enthusiasm and passion for his work was extrordinary. his style was unorthodox but it captured the hearts of millions worldwide.
I feel a dramatic sense of irony about his death; nature biggest fan, killed by nature. Of the people that discussed it today, shock seemed to be the most fitting emotion.
A freek accident has robbed the world of a legend...
Steve "Crikey" Irwin R.I.P. and may your family find your courage to carry on with your work
We interrupt this silence to wish PAJ a happy birthday. Just one question, where did you put the candles in the bottle of whisky?
As you were.
It's not often i post anything here but i won a weekend pass to Brands Hatch for this weekend and will be driven around the circuit a few time (hopefully very quickly) by one of SEAT's World Touring Car Championship drivers (Gabriele Tarquini, Rickard Rydell, Jordi Gené, Peter Terting, Yvan Muller or James Thompson) - Woohoo!

It's hard to believe it's Christmas Eve. For some reason it still doesn't feel like Christmas to me.
I have really struggled to get into the festive spirit, I completely missed the last posting day for cards, so I must apologise to you for that. I thank those of you that have sent me cards, if I catch you over the holiday period I will try to make amends.
I will spending most of tomorrow at home before heading over to a mate's house to join in their festivities. It's always nice to be invited round someone elses house on Christmas Day.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
